The Lazy J2 Ranch will be offered at auction in two tracts, Lazy J2 South and Lazy J2 North. Bidders have the option to bid on either auction tract or the two tracts together. Further, a bidder for the Lazy J2 North will have the option of including or excluding in its bid the seller's rights under the USFS Allotment to transfer the allotment along with the real estate subject to the requirements and approval of the USFS.

Inspection Dates

The property is available for viewing by appointment only on September 23, October 6, 14, 20, 28. Please call 312.278.0600 Extension 101 at least 24 hours in advance to schedule an appointment to tour the property. Registration and government issued identification required at each property viewing.
