Tara QuinnTara Quinn launched her career in the real estate auction industry more than fifteen years ago with positions in business development and project management. In order to expand her creative marketing desires she joined DDB, a leading world wide advertising agency where she participated on the creative teams for clients such as Tyson, Hamilton Beach, Dirt Devil, Playtex and Unilever. Quinn took the extraordinary education and experiences of DDB to the residential property management industry where she has successfully repositioned and managed numerous residential developments. In her position as Marketing and Staging Advisor she utilizes her expertise in advertising, marketing communications, model home merchandising and staging for the benefits of our clients.


Quinn was the youngest member to be elected to the Board of Directors of the Chicagoland Apartment Association (CAA).  The CAA bestowed on Ashten the first ever Volunteer of the Year Award for her tireless contributions to various committees.

Her versatile real estate merchandising and staging acumen provides creativity and resources insuring our auction properties will be marketed using the most innovative ideas resulting in selling the property for top dollar.
