Jennifer Swerdlick, has been involved in the auction industry for more than two decades. She specializes in the sale of special use and general commercial real estate both by auction and traditional sale as well as being a leasing expert.
Swedlick wears many hats quite successfully. In addition to her brokerage and real estate auction expertise, she is also a co-owner of Restaurant Equipment Paradise, a company that specializes in the sale of new and used food industry equipment as well as restaurant design throughout New England.
Swerdlick is an active member of the National Association of Auctioneers, Massachusetts Auctioneers Association, National Association of Realtors®, and the Connecticut Association of Realtors®.
She is a licensed professional auctioneer in Massachusetts.
