Andrew A. Fine, MBA, is a graduate of the World Wide College of Auctioneering and has been involved in the auction real estate industry ever since childhood, where he frequently assisted with auction day responsibilities. Being a second-generation auctioneer, this early exposure to the industry gave him a unique understanding of the characteristics of a successful auction and a fascination with this method of sale.
As in most boutique businesses, Andrew wears many hats. He is involved in growing the company through implementing efficient uses of technology, branding, graphic design, video production and editing, website content management, and accounting.
These are critical skills Fine brings to Fine and Company to display the value of the property visually. He is also responsible for overseeing the company’s cash management and accounting systems. Fine completed his Bachelor of Science in both Chemical Engineering and Economics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Then he went on to receive his Masters in Business Administration with concentrations in Finance, Operations and Supply Chain Management, and Management from the University of Illinois. He has held positions in the financial services and insurance industries where he has acquired critical business leadership skills and operations skills.
His perspective is often beyond his years as a result of his experiences as an avid backpacker and traveler, having experienced fifteen countries across five continents. A trained Wilderness First Responder and experiential education facilitator, Andrew has fantastic experience working with teams and leading groups towards accomplishing a task. After a backpacking adventure hiking through Patagonian Chile and Argentina, he developed immense digital media expertise while launching his own curated travel blog, afineadventure.com and authoring a travel guidebook, “Trekking Patagonia: A Guide to Your Own Adventure.”
