Cripe brings nearly 30 years of experience, including managing complex industrial auction projects, the sale of new and used contract furniture, and Multi-Family Architectural Business Development.

His client list includes numerous financial institutions, state and federal courts, legal counselors, corporations, REITS, municipalities, school boards, other government entities, consultants and individuals. His practice specializes in the sale of unique real estate, surplus corporate real estate, liquidations, foreclosures, portfolio sales and other situations requiring accelerated and intensive real estate marketing and transaction structuring.

Swerdlick JenniferJennifer Swerdlick, has been involved in the auction industry for more than two decades. She specializes in the sale of special use and general commercial real estate both by auction and traditional sale as well as being a leasing expert.

Swedlick wears many hats quite successfully.  In addition to her brokerage and real estate auction expertise, she is also a co-owner of Restaurant Equipment Paradise, a company that specializes in the sale of new and used food industry equipment as well as restaurant design throughout New England.  


Paul Galanis Paul Galanis has thirty-three years of experience as a skilled real estate professional with experience in the disposition of commercial and residential real estate, portfolio sales, auctions, financial services, banking, and entrepreneurship. For over 18 years, Mr. Galanis has been involved in the sale at auction of over a billion dollars in real estate. He has structured and executed auction programs for almost every class of real estate including industrial, commercial, retail, hotels, churches, condominium developments, multi-family buildings, luxury estates, mineral right, golf courses, parking garages, development land, timber, bankruptcy, and foreclosure sales.

Tara QuinnTara Quinn launched her career in the real estate auction industry more than fifteen years ago with positions in business development and project management. In order to expand her creative marketing desires she joined DDB, a leading world wide advertising agency where she participated on the creative teams for clients such as Tyson, Hamilton Beach, Dirt Devil, Playtex and Unilever. Quinn took the extraordinary education and experiences of DDB to the residential property management industry where she has successfully repositioned and managed numerous residential developments. In her position as Marketing and Staging Advisor she utilizes her expertise in advertising, marketing communications, model home merchandising and staging for the benefits of our clients.

David LatvaahoDavid Latvaaho, MCR  Mr. Latvaaho has forty-plus years of senior-level real estate experience on a national and international stage. His diversity of experience includes eight years as National Director of Real Estate for General Mills, Senior Managing Director of the Midwest region, Vice President, and Founder of the Corporate Services Group at Cushman & Wakefield. 

Mike Nuzzo Michael B. Nuzzo, CAI Mr. Nuzzo entered the real estate auction industry following a successful career in engineering. Prior to joining Fine and Company LLC, Michael’s real estate auction experience was focused around residential properties focusing on single and multiple family buildings, condominiums, in urban and suburban communities. His business associations with scientists, physicians and surgeons coupled with his experience in research and development brings unparalleled relationships to the table.

Fine, MBA, is a graduate of the World Wide College of Auctioneering and has been involved in the auction real estate industry ever since childhood, where he frequently assisted with auction day responsibilities. Being a second-generation auctioneer, this early exposure to the industry gave him a unique understanding of the characteristics of a successful auction and a fascination with this method of sale. 

As in most boutique businesses, Andrew wears many hats.  He is involved in growing the company through implementing efficient uses of technology, branding, graphic design, video production and editing, website content management, and accounting.
