Lands End Property
As Reported in the Greenbay Press Gazette:
After an increase in interest and an extended auction deadline, the Lands End property in Door County has sold.
"A well-executed real estateauction has proven again to be a viable alternative to the traditional sales technique" said Mike Fine, principal of Fine & Company, the real estate company that handled the auction.
The selling of Lands End marks the second trophy home that Fine & Co. has successfully sold in Wisconsin this fall, the first one being an 18,000-square-foot home in Darien. Fine says that more Wisconsin properties will be announced for auction after the holidays.
