Michael A. Fine, CCIM, CAI, AARE is a founding partner of Fine and Company, LLC a results driven real estate auction and advisory firm with appropriate real estate licenses in more than twenty states. He is known for his unparalleled experience in marketing more categories of real estate at auction… in more states and countries than any other individual.

Mr. Fine has personally participated in real estate auction programs for a spectacular array of companies including Pritzker Realty, Hartz Mountain Industries, Alcoa, Intrawest, American Skiing Company, and financial institutions including The Northern Trust Company, Wells Fargo, Citicorp, Bank of America-LaSalle, and many others.

Renee Jones CAI, AARE, BAS, CES

Renee Jones, CAI, AARE, BAS, CES is an icon in the auction and appraisal industries,.Ms. Jones is lauded for her business development, operations management, and professional auctioneer accomplishments. During her 25-year career as an industry leader, she has managed and sold over $6 billion of real estate and tangible assets. She has wide-ranging expertise in an extraordinary variety of asset classifications, including intellectual property.

Ms. Jones has managed and conducted virtually every type of auction, from personal property estate sales to a three-year assignment to the disposition of assets on behalf of the Trustee for the Enron Bankruptcy. Her responsibilities have included real estate auction sales in more than twenty states, interim property management, lease workout negotiation, fleet inventory/appraisal/sales, power plants, construction projects, and expert testimony in US Bankruptcy Courts.

Scott Ellman

Scott Ellman is a executive managing director of Fine and Company, LLC and a real estate auction industry veteran. With over fifteen years of experience marketing enterprise software, hardware products and technologies to the world's most demanding and sophisticated customers, he is also a recognized Silicon Valley high technology marketing professional.

Mr. Ellman's mission is to evangelize the unique and timely benefits of the Fine & Company accelerated sales method throughout the commercial real estate community. He holds an MBA from the Stanford University Graduate School of Business and a ScB in applied mathematics and economics from Brown University and is a licensed California real estate broker.

Michael B. Nuzzo, CAI

Michael B. Nuzzo, CAI Mr. Nuzzo entered the real estate auction industry following a successful career in engineering. Prior to joining Fine and Company LLC, Michael’s real estate auction experience was focused around residential properties focusing on single and multiple family buildings, condominiums, in urban and suburban communities. His business associations with scientists, physicians and surgeons coupled with his experience in research and development brings unparalleled relationships to the table.

Mr. Nuzzo’s achievements in engineering are profound. He was influential in the co-inventions of several medical instruments that have been utilized in research and development as well as his former employment with high-profile companies like Yale University School of Medicine and Bristol Myers-Squibb.

His philanthropic passions are evidenced by his continued services as a Benefit Auctioneer to such organizations as the National Cancer Society, Deveroux Glenholme Foundation, International Rotary, Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, Women and Family Life Center, United Way and the National Audubon Society, just to name a few.

Tara Ashten

Ms. Ashten launched her career in the real estate auction industry more than fifteen years ago with positions in business development and project management. In order to expand her creative marketing desires she joined DDB, a leading world wide advertising agency where she participated on the creative teams for clients such as Tyson, Hamilton Beach, Dirt Devil, Playtex and Unilever. Ashten took the extraordinary education and experiences of DDB to the residential property management industry where she has successfully repositioned and managed numerous residential developments. In her position as Marketing and Staging Advisor she utilizes her expertise in advertising, marketing communications, model home merchandising and staging for the benefits of our clients.
